If you have ever held a kitten or a pup close, you wont want to be there to see the hundreds of corpses that are discarded every week, because they were  unwanted as pets.  


Low Cost desexing is the most effective way of avoiding this.  It is also the most economical for the Gov and society at large, not to mention the un-necessary suffering to the animals.
